Product designers and UX specialists shaping intuitive interfaces and stronger digital journeys.
Responsibilities
- Research user tasks and translate findings into flows, prototypes and interface specifications.
- Design every state — loading, empty, error, edge cases — not only the ideal path.
- Build and extend design systems with tokens and components that map to engineering libraries.
- Verify accessibility in review: contrast, focus order, keyboard paths, target sizes.
Requirements we screen for
- 3+ years designing digital products with a portfolio showing shipped work and the reasoning behind it.
- Fluency in Figma including components, variables and handoff practice.
- Comfortable in critique with engineers, defending decisions with evidence rather than taste.
- Working knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA applied during design, not audited after.
Nice to have
- Experience designing for operational or data-dense interfaces, not only marketing surfaces.
- Basic HTML/CSS literacy to judge feasibility directly.
