What this role area involves
iOS, Android, Flutter, and React Native specialists creating mobile-first experiences for global clients.
Responsibilities
- Build and release iOS and Android products in React Native, Flutter or native Swift/Kotlin.
- Own release mechanics: staged rollouts, crash and ANR budgets, store submissions and review readiness.
- Engineer the hard parts deliberately — offline sync, deep links, auth refresh, push permissions.
- Collaborate with designers on real-device behaviour, including constraints of mid-range hardware.
Requirements we screen for
- 3+ years shipping mobile applications to the App Store or Play Store.
- Production experience with React Native or Flutter, or strong native skills with willingness to cross over.
- Debugging ability across devices, network conditions and OS versions — not only simulators.
- Care for performance, startup time and battery impact as product qualities.
Nice to have
- Experience with mobile CI, code push strategies and analytics instrumentation.
- Familiarity with platform review guidelines and privacy declarations.
