What this role area involves
Frontend, backend, and full-stack engineers building modern digital platforms, APIs, and business systems.
Responsibilities
- Own features end to end — refinement, estimation, implementation, review, release and production support.
- Write tested TypeScript or Python services, review peers' pull requests, and keep technical decisions recorded.
- Work directly with client product owners through short written updates and fortnightly demonstrations.
- Strengthen the pipeline: tests, linting, monitoring and the runbook for what you ship.
Requirements we screen for
- 3+ years building production web applications with a framework you can discuss critically.
- Fluency in TypeScript or Python, with SQL you are not afraid of and Git discipline to match.
- Comfortable reading unfamiliar codebases and improving them without rewriting them.
- Clear written English — distributed delivery depends on it.
Nice to have
- Experience with Next.js, NestJS or FastAPI in production.
- Exposure to CI/CD, containerised services and observability tooling.
