What this role area involves
Scrum masters, project managers, and delivery leads keeping programmes aligned, visible, and on track.
Responsibilities
- Run the cadence: planning, demonstration, review and reporting that keeps stakeholders accurate rather than comfortable.
- Maintain the risk and decision log; escalate early with options rather than late with excuses.
- Protect focus — negotiate scope, remove blockers, manage dependencies across teams and vendors.
- Own commercial hygiene: change requests, estimates, status reporting and acceptance tracking.
Requirements we screen for
- 4+ years delivering software projects with international stakeholders, Agile or hybrid.
- Evidence of managing scope change without damaging relationships on either side.
- Comfortable enough with technology to challenge an estimate and spot optimistic sequencing.
- Excellent written English — most of the job is making status unambiguous in text.
Nice to have
- Experience in regulated domains with formal acceptance and audit trails.
- Exposure to fixed-price delivery and its change-control mechanics.
