Responsibilities
- Assess client estates and produce written current-state analysis with evidence, options and trade-offs.
- Design target architectures and decision records that engineers can implement without re-litigating choices.
- Run stakeholder workshops that end in decisions, not sticky-note photos.
- Stay accountable through implementation so advice survives contact with delivery.
Requirements we screen for
- 6+ years in engineering or architecture with hands-on delivery still recent.
- Track record of designing systems that operated at meaningful scale or under real compliance constraints.
- Can lead a build-versus-buy or modernisation argument with numbers attached.
- Executive-ready writing and presentation, without jargon inflation.
Nice to have
- Cloud architecture certifications across a major platform.
- Experience in regulated industries with audit-facing documentation.
