Business Development / Project Acquisition Executive (Commission-Based)

We are an IT Services and IT Consulting company looking for a motivated and result-oriented professional who can help us acquire new IT projects and clients. Role & Responsibilities: Identify and bring new IT services and IT consulting projects. Communicate with potential clients and understand their requirements. Coordinate with our internal team to ensure smooth project onboarding. Compensation Structure: This is a commission-based opportunity. There is no fixed salary for this role. The selected candidate will receive a pre-decided percentage commission based on the total value of each successfully acquired project. Commission will be paid after project confirmation / payment milestones (as mutually agreed). Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience in IT sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to generate leads and close deals independently. Self-driven and performance-focused mindset.
